To configure the "Holiday / Emergency" for IVR, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings> IVR.
2. Click desired IVR in the table.
3. Set the time zone.

4. Click "Save"
5. Go to the IVR constructor.
6. Click arrow in the "Holliday / Emergency" block

7. Click "+ New Event"
8. In the "Name" field, enter the name of the event.
9. In the "Starts" field, select the date and time of the beginning of the event.
10. In the "Ends" field, select the end date and time.

11. Click "Save".
12. Click "Holiday / Emergency" block.
13. Customize the displayed branch for your event.
