To configure the schedule, follow these steps:

1. Open the user menu.
2. Select "Call Forwarding"

3. Click "Schedule" tab.
4. Set the time zone.
5. Click days icons in the "Days off" section, that you would like to designate as days off. (Selected days will change color to green).

6. If you have a consistent work schedule throughout the week, click "All Week".
7. Choose a time frame for working hours.

8. Click "Save"

If you work on different schedules on different days, you can set the schedule for each specific day. To do this, select the day you need and set the time frame for it.


To set up call forwarding, follow these steps:

1. Open the user menu.
2. Select "Call Forwarding"
3. Click "Call Routing - Working Days" tab.
4. Enter the phone number in the input field (without the "+") or select the direction you need from the drop-down list.
5. Click "Add" button.
6. Move the new forwarding step to the desired position.
7. Set the timeouts (the time at which you will go to the next step) you need for each step. (To disable the timeout, set the value to "0")
8. Click "Save".

You can set redirect steps in any order that you need.

Setting up call forwarding for non-working days is configured in the manner described above.
