The Active Call section is designed to manage your company's calls. To switch to the section, click "Calls" tab. The "Calls" tab has a counter that displays all active calls of the company.

Section "Active Calls" contains complete information about calls, as well as the ability to manage them. It displays who and where to call, the time of the call and its duration at the moment.

In the section "Active Calls" you can also transfer the call, listen, wedge in the conversation and talk with the employee of the company during his call.


To make a transfer call click "Transfer" button in the active call you want.

To Barge the call, click "Barging" button. An incoming call with the CID "Channel Barging" is displayed.

To listen the call, click "Listening" button. An incoming call with the CID "Channel Listening" is displayed.

To suggest something to your co-worker during the call, click "Whispering" button. An incoming call with the CID "Channel Whispering" is displayed.
