All Callision users are assigned roles, such as Admin, Supervisor or Agent.

Admin has acces to all of the data and feautures of your Callision Cloud. This role is used by company owners  and system administrators who are configuring the deployment.

Supervisor accounts are used by managers and team leadfers who are responible for a particular employee segment. Supervisors are able to access information and listen in on the conversations of their subordinates, but cannot access those of the admins.

Agent accounts are used by the rest of the employees of the company - they will have to all regular feautures such as phone, chat, email, and file sharing, but will have no access to any serrings other than their  own.


Only a user with the Admin role assigned can change roles for other users.

To change the user role, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings> Users
2. Select a user.
3. Go to the General tab.
4. Click "Select Role" drop-down list.
5. Click desired role in the list.
6. Click "Save".
